BT-3020-G Thermal Mass Flow Meter

The BT-3020-G Inline Thermal Mass Flow Meter delivers precise gas flow measurement with high accuracy. Its dual platinum wire SS 316 sensor ensures reliable performance and consistent readings. The meter is available in integral and remote transmitter versions with a graphical LCD displaying flow, totalizers, velocity, and gas temperature.

Equipped with 4-20mA HART, RS485, and pulse interfaces, and dual power input (24 VDC & 230 VAC), it’s easy to connect and safe for hazardous areas. The built-in diagnostic system monitors device health for uninterrupted operation. Flange connections (1/2”–4”, ANSI/DIN/PN rated) provide leak-tight installation.

Suitable for clean gases like Air, Natural Gas, LPG, Biogas, Buigas, and Flare Gas, it’s ideal for industrial process monitoring.
