Role Overview: “Transforming Time into Impact”

At the IHF, every hour volunteered represents a direct contribution toward changing lives. The Donated Hours Team serves as the backbone of accountability, transparency, and volunteer engagement. It helps ensure that donated volunteer hours are accurately documented, monitored, and utilized effectively.

Reporting directly to organizational leadership, this team helps maintain the integrity of IHF’s volunteer system by tracking contributions across all departments while promoting a culture of consistency, dedication, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

● Volunteer Hours Management: Monitor, record, and verify donated volunteer hours across all IHF teams and departments.

● Data Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate spreadsheets and databases for organizational transparency and monthly reporting.

● Accountability Coordination: Follow up with team leaders and volunteers regarding submissions, inconsistencies, and missing records.

● System Optimization: Assist in improving the efficiency of donated-hours tracking systems and workflows.

● Volunteer Support: Guide volunteers on appropriate procedures for submitting and documenting their hours correctly.

● Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Data Management, and Team Leads to maintain accurate organizational records.

Qualifications & Requirements

● Professional Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

● Attention to Detail: Ability to manage records accurately with consistency and precision.

● Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and ability to work across multiple teams and time zones.

● Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and collaborative online tools.

● Integrity & Accountability: Commitment to transparency, reliability, and ethical documentation practices.

● Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify discrepancies and improve tracking systems efficiently.
