This role is responsible to implement HR activities including Manpower Planning,

Recruitment & Selection, On-boarding, Attendance & Leave management and

Performance Management by aligning employees to business requirements

Responsibilities

 Conduct HR interviews and salary negotiations with applicants

 Oversee on-boarding Process

 Provide orientations to new employees

 Ensure implementation of the HR policies across organization as per the policy

instructions

 Address and resolve employee grievances
