Minor Name Corrections: Southwest permits one minor name correction per ticketed passenger. Acceptable corrections include:

Inverted names

Adding or removing a middle name or initial

Adding or removing a hyphenated last name

Correcting minor typographical errors (up to three characters) in the first name

Adding or removing prefixes or suffixes (e.g., Mr., Mrs., Dr., Jr.)
