Description
The BT-3020-G Inline Thermal Mass Flow Meter uses a dual platinum wire wound RTD sensor housed in a SS316 sheath to deliver high-accuracy direct mass flow measurement of industrial gases. The calorimetric constant temperature anemometer principle ensures stable and repeatable performance without pressure or temperature compensation.
Available with integral or remote transmitter, the meter features a graphical LCD display showing flow, totalized flow, velocity (nm/s), and gas temperature. It supports 4–20 mA HART, RS485 Modbus, and pulse output for seamless system integration. Dual power input (24 VDC / 230 VAC) and a flame-proof enclosure make it suitable for hazardous industrial environments.
The inline flow tube with flanged connection ensures uniform gas flow, leak-free installation, and long-term reliability. It supports pipe sizes from ½” to 4” with ANSI, DIN, and PN flange ratings. An inbuilt diagnostic function continuously monitors sensor health and meter performance for dependable operation.
